Donald Trump is running for president, on the promise that he will 'bring back' the American dream.

The multi-billionaire businessmen announced his shot at the White House Tuesday morning, surrounded with gold, mirrors and polished marble in a midtown Manhattan skyscraper named after himself.

And straight after his announcement he suggested he could pile in even more celebrity to the Trump ticket - by bringing Oprah with him to the White House as Vice President.

Trump, 69, was introduced by a gushing speech from his daughter Ivanka, then strode on stage to the backing of Neil Young's Rockin' In The Free World. After the announcement he gathered his large and colorful family around him for a group photo after his speech.

As part of his big reveal - teased at for years - Trump gave a statement of his own wealth, pegging his net worth at $8.73billion.

Although Trump has never heard the bullets fly . Donald Trump ( now that he is running) may have a significant advantage : MONEY , his own money . While the Dem and Libtards sit back and think they can watch the scrum of R candidates squabble and disassemble themselves and any chances they might have , Trump could go for the jugular vein , with both Hillary and Obama and PAY INFORMANTS huge rewards to come forward with any and all EVIDENCE that they have that would totally destroy the candidacy of the one and the legacy of the other . The Clintons have a tremendous amount to hide . The cunning Chicago leftist and the Arkansas hayseed could be utterly wiped out , with revelations of their own doings , by paid informants that could and would release to the mass media evidence . REPEAT : EVIDENCE ! Same with Obama . He and Michelle are hip deep guilty of a thousand things at this point and some people know …… Find those people and buy them . Trump has the money to do this . Virtually EVERYBODY HAS THEIR PRICE , especially when it comes to this ilk of people . Trump could do the biggest Alinsky of all time on Hillary Clinton and her candidacy , offering her the option of quietly withdrawing , ‘ for health reasons ‘ and fade into the obscurity of well heeled grandmahood , or be utterly dissected and destroyed in the public arena . Trump should intimidate Bill Clinton in the same manner . They both need to become ‘finished’ politically . In so doing Donald Trump could serve this nation a GREAT SERVICE ! As Allen West once said ” We are going to take Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals back on them and run it right through them ” DO IT DONALD ! Take no prisoners . Find the informants , gather the evidences and nuke them all . You can do that . I wish you luck

Any candidate who will get Mexico to pay for the wall at the border, can’t be all bad!

Also any candidate who can self finance his campaign is far better than the DC politicians who are slaves of their rich donor masters. Those congress critters will vote for TPP because their masters ordered them to. And then to insult American people further, they try to justify their votes!

Although I'm strictly for Cruz, I continue to see valuable roles for many of the Republican candidates.

Trump understands business and money, and how hard it can be to get things done in a major city. He can talk about banking and regulations, and employment better than many other people. Theoretically, this country has been "in recovery" for about 6 years now. I'd like to see Trump squash that misperception.

Carly Fiorina can say things about Hillary that others cannot. It wouldn't be sexist when Carly says it, right? Carly has real accomplishments (you can snicker, but she does). What does Hillary have? Nothing remotely as good.

I'd like to see a first line of Republican candidates basically sacrifice themselves by damaging the opposition. That would be a true public service.

I will note that (according to the media):
The obvious Republican front-runner is Jeb Bush -- I do not know a single Republican who likes him.
The obvious Democrat front-runner is Hillary -- I do not know a single Democrat who likes her.

We're seeing a race shape up in which the two big front-runners are basically hated by everyone. How weird is that?

I'd like to see people like Trump at least help to clear the field out by saying what cannot be said.

What’s great about him is he will say things the Repub-Es would never say in a million years. For example today he said illegals from Mexico are drug dealers and rapists LOL! But he’s right, how would liberals know what they are? Nobody checks illegals out! Why? Because they are here illegally! Trump can get Mexico to pay for the fence by putting the kabash on oil imports from Mexico. We are Mexico’s largest oil customer, and millions of jobs in Mexico depend on exporting to USA.
