TV reporter has no idea that a man with a bag walks past her in the background... ties it to a rope and someone pulls it over the prison wall. More likely filled with drugs, booze, KFC and a cell phone to call a couple of hookers.

More likely filled with the tower guards lunch.
Ditto
I don’t think someone is going to be that brazen.
When the guy in the video rewinds it (enlarge the screen) you can clearly see a package being lifted over the wall.
LOL!
Someone suggested this is perfectly legitimate and how the guards get their McWhoppers and cigarettes.
Yeah yeah that’s the ticket. No way they could sneak in anything this way.
Greta will have a field day with this one on her show today.
Already debunked on Greta. It is food being sent up to a guard tower.
Actually, it’s lunch for the tower guard.
No. It’s probably the guard’s johnny (lunch) since he can’t leave the tower. It’s been done forever. Nothing exciting or illegal.
Why not? One of the best ways to do something wrong is to do it like a boss and act like you're just doing your normal, everyday thing.
Well sure, like I said above, it’s perfectly legitimate. It’s how I did it when I was 10 years old in my tree house.
Mom would tie the bag of sandwiches to the rope, and I’d just pull it up.
Yep and that’s one way how the illegal drugs and everything else illegal gets into the Prison.
Who was the unknown person in black outside the prison walls?
They must toss down lunch money to the mystery man and he’s the lunch gopher right?
The prison cafeteria must have really bad food.
What a terrific childhood memory!
OK...but, unless every single guard is 100% trustworthy, isn’t this a practice that could easily allow contraband in? Most prisons don’t trust the guards, and they have to go through a metal detector (and occasional drug sniffing dog) when they enter.
In a prison where a guard just snuck in hacksaws, they might reconsider the lunch delivery mode.
Makes sense.
Not many prisons allow inmates to wander freely around at the top of the wall with a nice long length of rope.
And pulling things up prison walls by rope into this prison avoids all that nasty security screening which is supposed to keep citizens safe. The screening process is so annoying.
Lemme see, they have a state government prison in New York where the government employees have sex with inmates, conspire with them and aid and abet convicted murderers to escape.
Oh, there’s more. The state government prison employee then wanted the murderers she was helping escape to kill her husband, who also works at the same state government prison.
And as their doing live news reports, a man is seen tying a bag to a rope and hauling it up.
Nothing to see here right?
...along with what else? This is improper. It circumvents any security that should be in place.
Unacceptable.
