Its official Caitlyn Jenner can now use the ladies room.
The US Department of Labor has issued guidelines to private businesses that say transgender employees should be allowed to decide for themselves whether to use the mens or ladies room.
The core belief underlying these policies is that all employees should be permitted to use the facilities that correspond with their gender identity, according to OSHA guidelines released by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration of the Labor Department. The National Center for Transgender Equality had requested the guidance.

OSHA believes that pandering to drag queens is a serious safety issue ... just as important as making construction workers wear hard hats and steel toed work boots!
I demand urinals in the ladies room for “Unaltered transgenders”!

The media are milking this one even beyond their usual absurd levels.
America simply is no longer a serious country.
Title says “mandate”, but the article says “guidelines.”
Which is it?
So I have a question.
When some poor, sick man has his genitals removed because he thinks he’s a woman, do they save the genitals? I am wondering this because I also wondered about a poor, sick woman who wants some male parts fastened onto her body. Where do they get the male parts?
Is there a whole exchange going on? Keeping parts and switching as required? I never thought I’d see the day when I wondered about such things.
The more I think qbout it queers that dress in drag need a bathroom for themselves. And to protect the public. Just make it a family restoom with a female symbol with a penis dangling.
As someone posted on another (since zotted) thread (this commenter was NOT zotted):
If the APA had not chanced their stance on homosexuality and gender confusion, those so afflicted would HAVE their protected rights today under the ADA (Americans with Disability Act).
Never mind the Clintons' cash! LOOK! A crossdressing squirrel that still has its nuts!
Why only two rooms? men’s and women’s. I thought gender was a continuum! I thought there were at least 50 genders. Why must restrooms conform to the binary standard?
<\s>
The segregation of men’s and women’s restrooms, dressing rooms, and locker rooms will come to an end. They will be replaced by tiny “single serve” stalls.
Sending the trannies to their own restroom is discriminatory. It’s segregation. Never mind the public safety of those jeopardized by psychosexual misfits.
So...I’m a bigot if I don’t refer to Brucie-Woosie as a “woman” even though heeshee has refused the finality of the choppadickoffamy procedure.
To further squelch any criticism, heeshee needs to become black. Kind of a reverse Michael Jackson. Then his detractors will automatically become racists. That’ll work.
This is all so disgusting and sick......
Id he/she uses the ladies room, does she have to sit on the toilet to urinate or is he/she allowed to stand up and urinate?
So if you see someone standing in your ladies room, it just may be this drama queen.
How about single hole bathrooms marked “terlet” with locking doors for all.
Even more noteworthy is that Caitlyn (sp?) can use the ladies room standing up!
Plumbers everywhere want only the best!
I’m willing to share the urinals.
Prior to the obama regime, I never really had a problem with OSHA as I believed their sole purpose was to promote work safety, which I thought of as being a good idea.
Now that they are in the same arena as the EPA, to promote the leftist agenda, I have as much use for them as I do a massive heart attack.
Just about every agency in the federal government has been politicized, and I bet our grand masters are dumb enough to wonder why many do not trust the government.
