After looking at this puke, I’d test that spit for more than just saliva...
Someone gave me a Chili’s gift card. I went there once and the card was partly used up by what I ordered. The next time I went, there was nothing on the card. I’m pretty sure the waiter from the first time took the rest of my card as his tip.
Yes, the waiter is 100% wrong and the restaurant should have fired him immediately. In addition, the couple getting “the law involved” are wrong as well. When we can’t handle these types of things ourselves, we are doomed as a society.
When I want a quiet cup of coffee I don't want to deal with thin-skin people who take it personally if I want to return something because it's cold...
Blacks are 13% of the population - and that's a great percent for a restaurant. An "all black" restaurant staff in white neighborhoods is insulting... We don't need to be 'educated' by our 'betters': the white liberal elites who run the companies but never eat in them.
Equally, putting an all white staff into black community restaurants would be insulting to them. If fast food places think they should 'give us a politically correct education' they deserve to go out of business. None of the races appreciate white liberal elites rubbing in their perceive racial superiority.
Serve the damn food. Period.
Are these fast food places intentionally trying to give us the finger by 'educating' us? How insulting. Let them do that at the places THEY eat at... Our 'betters' should be more concerned about providing a pleasant experience while we eat .... or at least not a hostile experience... Why bother? We should give it up. Let them go out of business.
For now we eat our cold fries, and don't say a word out of fear some thin-skinned minority will 'express his rage' with us... Then we vow never to come back.... Really pleasant experience.
Thanks white liberal elites for ruining something as simple as eating a burger. And while I'm at it thanks for the tasteless fries, the crappy school lunches for our kids and the relentless way you elite control freaks look down on all of us.
I read where some Greek outfits during the wars with Rome were filled with homosexuals. They'd put the younger guys in the front ranks. The Romans learned this and used their cavalry to close in, snare the chickens with ropes and drag them off, causing the older guys to break ranks trying to save their lovers. Then the Roman infantry moved in ("their drills were bloodless battle, their battles bloody drills").
Now imagine having that kind of setup on your flank.
Spitting in food, or worse, is tampering. You want some HIV/Hep-C case spitting in your food? Had that lid not come off, the customer would have consumed the drink, ingesting who knows what besides just saliva. Hep-C isn't funny, and if left untreated, deadly.
Damn right I'm gonna go after someone who tampered with my food, especially if they look like they putt from the rough.

I am not saying that it is not serious and they should be able to deal with the management for a proper remedy. However, this is certainly not something that requires police involvment....
The police are being asked to get involved in to many every day occurances that should be able to be handled “man to man.” Neighbors don’t need to call the police for grass that gets too long, or barking dogs. Restaurant customers don’t need to call the police when they are out of McNuggets, or upon a suspicion of spit in food.
We need men to be men and women to be women, not little boys and girls. Unless of course, we think we will enjoy a police state.
But they dont feel the same way after you drag them thru the drive thru window and give them the ass-whipping they deserve.
We'll have to agree to disagree on this. I think potentially infecting someone with whatever disease you have is an arrest/trial/jail time issue. In fact, many states have food tampering laws for this specific reason.
Those who know they are infected have purposefully put others at risk. That should be jail time.
