A horrific child sex ring was busted in Florida and one of those arrested is a CAIR official in Orlando who ran a Muslim Youth organization.

Each mosque is likely legally independent, with the building probably owned by some other Muslim group and rented to the congregation, just to make the mosque judgement-proof.
