And aside from clicking on links, remember that Bing and Google will confirm as BS or truth the claims of folks on here, such as those who insist that anytime you see a diamond 13 patch it automatically means one thing. But you have to invest TIME. You can’t do it in ten minutes or even an hour. YOU have to be responsible. If you want to know the truth, you have to get it for yourself. It’s like a black belt in karate. You can’t just buy one or expect someone to give it to you. You have to pursue it YOURSELF with your own efforts. These folks sure are dumb if they believe that all one needs to do is claim they are innocent and the cops won’t take them to jail.
Two fails in one sentence.
1. Logical failure - asking to prove a negative
2. Constitutional AND logical failure - No evidence of any sort that 174 gang members were involved in a shootout. They did not even find that many guns. Weak on probable cause and weak on the conspiracy charge they are held on.
Turn off CSI and do some reading.
We will see what Waco’s finest citizens, who sit in the juries, decide.

In Texas, they do not put up with gang violence vas when gangsters are violent, they go to prison.

Yes, the operation appears to be local and state run as far as we know at this time. But still looks like somebody in one of the LEOs screwed the pooch and innocent people got killed.
We won't know until more verifiable information comes out. Lots of contradictory reports being tossed around by witnesses, lawyers, and media interests at this time.

Good Lord. I haven't seen any evidence that YOU shouldn't be charged with a crime. So, in your world, I guess you should be. Beam me up...
I gotta say, Travis, I have a few concerns. Second hand, but it seems the best so far. One released biker said her heard two handgun rounds then the rifle fire. It said the guy was a Vet so I reckon he would know. If, indeed, “shots fired” is true this lowers the level of CF to a degree.
Another thing seems strange to me. If I were to ride my Harley into a place and saw cops on all sides I don’t think I would even put the kick stand down. It isn’t clear if the cops moved in all of a sudden or were in plain sight for some time.
Don’t mistake this for a “they deserved it” but if both of the above are true there is something going on here. This onion just seems to have layer after layer.
