No we haven’t always rebounded. Things have improved over the “hit the bottom” scenarios, however things have stopped surpassing their previous highs. Just imagine how much more prosperous this nation’s people would be if it were not for the money drained out of our pockets in the “war on poverty.”

Rush said Bill Clinton could not be Hillary’s VP candidate because he has already served 2 terms. Is this correct? The 22nd amendment says an individual cannot be ‘elected’ to the office of President more than twice. It does not mention term limits to being elected to VP. Can he theoretically ‘serve’ as President (as a result of succession) as long as he is not ‘elected’ President?
You are correct. Constitutionally, Bill could be on the ticket as VP and then when his wife is impeached he would be able to finish the term. He just wouldn’t be able to run again after that term is finished.
The unions pushed hard for Obamacare too, and got exemptions.....
