The National Security Agency and its closest allies planned to hijack data links to Google and Samsung app stores to infect smartphones with spyware, a top-secret document reveals.
The surveillance project was launched by a joint electronic eavesdropping unit called the Network Tradecraft Advancement Team, which includes spies from each of the countries in the “Five Eyes” alliance — the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia.
The top-secret document, obtained from NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden, was published Wednesday by CBC News in collaboration with The Intercept. The document outlines a series of tactics that the NSA and its counterparts in the Five Eyes were working on during workshops held in Australia and Canada between November 2011 and February 2012.

My suspicion is everything is hacked. Periodically, based upon my suspicion, releases of information via media imply something or some program or company was hacked when technically no information on computer is secure therefore the information contained thereupon said computer is hacked while media wants one to believe the hack is new information when is not (imho).
Top Men.
Sytems of all sorts are hacked many more times than is announced. ONLY time they announce is when they feel it costs less to change stolen data and tell all customers. Rather than not announce the hack and track down each individual theft. (As typically done for credit card number attacks)
believe your info to be correct ... if hacks were announced each day it would be a probable minimum of a four hour announcement (imho)

The Obama regime may consider us enemies and be filled with hate, but the people at NSA are not like that for the most part. There are certain things some Presidents never find out about because they might either reveal something or misuse something. There is likely a lot that Obama was never told, and never will be told.
Right now, those who think Eddy is a hero are just helping those to whom he revealed US Methods and Means of Intel collection. The more your pressure hurts NSA, the more it helps Putin, Hu, and ISIS.
And you still have no idea of the real score, or even which game is being played evidently, so in the end you were far better off asleep ...
Why did the NSA not know about 9/11 before the fact? I do not trust them. Good intentions are not enough, assuming they have them, which is far from obvious.
There were warnings before the fact, but they were ignored by the political class. Intel can only warn and inform; it cannot act alone. Political people have to initiate, act, or direct on that Intel. If they do not, then there is 911. And so DHS was born - FWIW ...
