Time for Congress to Stop D.C.’s Anti-Gun Shenanigans

Since the landmark 2008 Heller v. District of Columbia case, which Second-Amendment lawyer Alan Gura argued before the Supreme Court, anti-gun officials in the nation’s capital have spent every waking hour trying to avoid doing what the high Court ordered be done: allow District residents to exercise their right to keep and bear arms.

Hmmm. Maybe we missed something somewhere along the way and the folks who live in d.c. aren't really citizens after all.

By the time a DC resident has a “good reason/proper reason” to get a permit, he’s already dead.

Criminals carry with impunity and don’t jump thru many hoops or spend much time getting their weaponry.

Better yet, repeal all the ‘shenanigans’ Congress has passed since 1934 while they are at it.

New jersey’s too. We’ve had the “prove a need” requirement to get a carry permit, practically forever.

But then ANY permit or registration requirement is an infringement.
