WOW Louisville Courier-Journal's vote count:
Kentucky governor primary Last updated: May 19, 2015, 9:49 p.m. EST
Matt Bevin 32.9% 70,479 James Comer 32.9% 70,396 Hal Heiner 27.1% 57,948 Will Scott 7.2% 15,364 http://datacenter.courier-journal.com/projects/2015-ky-primary-elections/
The KY Secretary of State (Allison Lundergan Grimes) just NOW extended the deadline for absentee ballots to come in - now that Bevin has the votes to win. Sounds to me like they are trying to find more votes? Do SOSs normally extend absentee ballots after the votes are all in?
Her and Mitch are on the same team now.
Matt Bevin is the tea party guy while Comer is the hand picked Mitch McConnel rino.
They will do anything they can to stop Bevin.
No runoff happens.
I found his NOTE: Beginning in 1992, Kentucky held a primary runoff if no candidate for governor or lieutenant governor received 40 percent in the primary race for governor. This was repealed in 2008 (2008 Ky. Acts, Chap. 129).

The margin is too close to account for the coming fraud and “found” votes. I’d be surprised if Bevins’ lead lasts through the evening.
The Slime Team. Corrupt to the core.
I’m not voting for McConnell’s toady in the general.
Period.
I wouldn’t either.
So we have to do an internet search to find out which party these people belong to?
Check the headline. It’s right there.
Thanks, I missed that it was party primary.
I just found a ballot box in my trunk stuffed full.
I am on my way in from Michitucky. Be there in 8 hours.
Voting was heavy hers with 134% of registered voters participating. Exit polls in this precinct was 99.8% Blevin .2 % other.

I supported Bevin myself but this is just ridiculous. McConnell was pretty much absent from this race but if he would have been behind anyone it would have been Heiner most likely.
Let's drop the nonsense.
A recanvas is where the county clerks will go back and retabulate all of the vote totals to make sure they were recorded and reported correctly.
If there is full recount, then every ballot is individually counted and the candidate will have to foot the bill for this process.
Thanks Wildcat. From what the very partial liberal reporters on KET is saying, they expect Comer will go onto a recount after recanvassing. Bevin’s speech this evening was wonderful and spirited. Comer was very flat. Same with those in attendance to both events. Hopefully that was not only the characters of those folks, but also a prediction of outcomes*.
Well, when it appears you have lost you can’t expect much excitement.
And in fairness, a vote margin this small we would expect there to be a recanvass and a recount by Bevin...that’s just too small a margin not to at least confirm when you work that long and come that close, and I can understand that.
Jennifer Moore got the mute button from me - after the umpteenth time of claiming the GOP was in serious trouble because there was a competitive primary I had had enough of her nonsense, and sometimes they didn’t seem willing to allow the lone Republican commentator Ellen Williams to respond to her nonsense.
100% counted, Bevin leading by 83 votes.
