Don’t be so quick to condemn. This is a prosecutor’s trick to back her into a corner. She doesn’t know what he has or might be able to find. She can either say yes to the deal and take a risk that he has or finds something that he can use to bring perjury charges against her or she can say no, which would indicate that she knows she has not supplied everything.
