She can either say yes to the deal and take a risk that he has or finds something that he can use to bring perjury charges against her or she can say no, which would indicate that she knows she has not supplied everything.

That was my initial thought, too.
It will be interesting to see her response. She has no idea what the emails of others might provide, and she might be very worried about some of her “donors” providing evidence against her, particularly if the polls aren’t favorable.

Exactly - Gowdy is setting the trap. When Gowdy speaks “nice” about a case, expect bombs later.
We know though that when it comes to perjury and the Clintons, the American people will give them a pass every time.
