Is it just me or is the word “icon” being a bit overused these days? There is nothing iconic about a mentally ill 65 year old ex jock that wants to be Sheila.
Joking and outrage aside, this is a sad story. Here was decent guy that suffers from a serious mental illness.
Unfortunately for him he’s got the only mental illness that the psychiatric community decides to indulge rather than treat.
Image if they told all those schizophrenics that think they are a knight in King Arthur’s court or some BS like that “Ok Sir Lancelot, you were born a knight of King Arthur’s court, let’s get you a suit of armor”.

I didn't watch it, so I can't comment as to the "graphic sexual detail," but wouldn't it be quite the misnomer to decide that Bruce Jenner as a female with no vagina is sexy?

He can say all say that he isn't a homosexual, but I bet he is.
He just didn't have the courage to come out as the bottom that he really is.
Ok, how will he know the female side?
Even kids know that play-acting and dressing up in adult clothes doesn't make them adults. They understand they are just pretending.
And even drugs (hormones) won't change reality, at best they might change his perception of reality, but then he's merely back to pretending to be something he is not.
I find it ironic, after reading some of the posts, that so many who claim to detest homosexuality get so much pleasure in joking about it. Makes one wonder how disgusted they really are...
