A conservative lawyer who defended California's same-sex marriage ban before the Supreme Court is hosting a fundraiser for Sen. Ted Cruz's (R-TX) presidential campaign.
The lawyer, Charles J. Cooper, also is helping to plan a same-sex wedding for his daughter.
Cooper, according to The Washington Post, found out that his daughter is gay while defending California's Proposition 8 gay marriage ban.
Cooper is one of 20 names headlining a fundraiser for Cruz on Wednesday.

A person I had drinks with the other day, knew a person that met a lady who has a friend that knows a person who knows someone that may attend a gay wedding, but again he isn’t sure.
Sounds like the father (an attorney) isn’t a homosexual, his daughter is. Don’t know how they’d boycott him.
What have the children of the other 19 hosts done that can shed a controversial light onto Cruz?

Kind of strange that someone fighting against “gay marriage” in court would be busy planning one. Don’t think this lawyer is trying to lose the case on purpose do you?

Sodomy is totally optional to opposite sex behavior given the equipment which they possess. It’s not optional for same-sex behavior given the equipment is the same both ways.
That was years ago, and he doesn’t reflect everyone who didn’t favor SSM. Some individuals such as myself support it even less given that there’s pretty much totalitarian rule over whether or not you believe it to be real.
Or they deny it and try to make sure people don’t find that out.
