The Only Things Hillary Clinton Will Be 'Toppling' Are Hard Work And Entrepreneurship

So now Hillary Clinton, champion of the middle class, says she wants to "reshuffle" a deck stacked in favor of the rich and "topple" the wealthiest 1% — the latest grenade launch in her class-warfare campaign. 'There's something wrong," the former secretary of state declared last week in Iowa, "when CEOs make 300 times more than the American worker."

This from a woman who makes more in an hour on the speaker circuit (her fee is about $200,000 per speech) than the average worker who waits on the tables at her fundraising galas makes in three years. A sweet deal if you can get it.

But now the fact-checkers are finding that her story of CEO riches is full of holes. Yes, the average CEO of a Fortune 400 company makes about $10 million to $20 million a year in compensation, depending on the measure.

But these are the world's top corporate executives, making decisions that will affect the livelihoods of often tens of thousands of workers, hundreds of thousands of middle-class shareholders and sometimes millions of consumers.

Fred Smith, founder and CEO of FedEx, has become a multibillionaire. He has also created one of the world's most profitable and revered businesses, with hundreds of thousands of employees in mostly high-paying jobs.

Does any reasonable person begrudge him his financial success? He has gotten rich by making our economy and workers richer. This isn't a zero-sum game, Ms. Clinton.

But Smith is an exception. As are most of the other top 399 CEOs whom Hillary has pilloried. It would be like saying that the average basketball player earns $50 million a year, because that's what LeBron James makes.

I personally don't believe that Hillary herself believes that we need to topple the 1% ( despite her inane speech ).

What she's trying to do is satisfy the uber left flank of the party -- those who are pushing Fauxcahontas to run.

Before attending the first of hundreds of $50,000 a plate fundraisers.

I think there are a great many of us who remember a lot about the Clintons & wish they would just go away.

I really believe that she and slick are trying to be the two richest people on this planet - untouchable. There’s not one word for public consumption that comes out of her mouth that is the truth. Both are incapable of it.

If they wanted to become the richest in the world by earning and investing their way into it, that would be wonderful.

But they seem to be what, trying to do it by stomping on rivals?

Not by stomping rivals. By using the power and influence they have to covertly amass wealth far from the eyes of anyone who could do them harm. This election stuff is just a provenance Hillary wants to be able to charge more for the graft, that’s all. The fact that someone gets in the way is immaterial. Flies to be swatted. Ask Vince Foster, Ron Brown, James MacDougal and probably a hundred others. Oh wait! You can’t.

So they are investing. It’s just in shady things.

At one point in the first Clinton term before the Republican revolt in 1994, Hillary’s special closed task force for healthcare had administration minions out on the street hinting of a “one time assessment” against ALL IRA, 401K, etc. retirement account to fund her nonsense.

The shady doings they produced during that time actually became the PPACA. As a footnote, has anyone ever wondered where the 2000+ pages of that legislate came from so quickly? Almost overnight. This is where.

More than a “revolt” is needed to deal with this kind of issue. A steady pushback is required.

She means to topple only the productive rich people. People who made their money by bribes, like her, will be allowed to remain rich.

I won’t say what is really needed. In the words of GHWB, “It wouldn’t be prudent at this juncture.”

The final destination of Hillary and her ilk should be a rope and a lamp post.

Even if it were, she’s flourished long enough to inspire more wannabes who think they could evade God himself given the effort. Hypocrites lynching her hardly would teach any lesson except Darwinism.

As for God and vengeance upon Hillary, He is quite willing to wait till the Great White Throne. If people want things to be better while still in the world, a different spiritual course needs to be set.

What’s she going to do seize their assets and put them in camps?

So just because I was a VP at a small business, making no where near what the major corporation CEO’s make, I am a class enemy.
