Is the world safer because Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State? No.
HOUSTON, Texas Today U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, issued the following statement in reaction to the announcement that Hillary Clinton is running for President:
Hillary Clinton just announced what weve known for a long time shes running for president, again. But the good news is that were ready for Hillary we know exactly what to expect.
Hillary Clinton represents the failed policies of the past and theres going to be a very clear choice to make in 2016. Does America want a third Obama term or are we ready for strong conservative leadership to make America great again?
Her announcement raises a critical question: Is the world a safer place because Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State?
The answer is obvious. No. The Obama-Clinton national security policies have made the world more dangerous for America and for our allies.

Another good response would be “So? She’s been running since 1992.”

I like conservatism but I also like to win.
Can’t we softpeddle the conservatism and just go for leadership, prosperity, security, less government and an American advantage?
To: Beowulf9
She represents the failed policies of the past, but also the certainty of future mistakes, errors, misjudgments, and failures.

Do really want to win or just end up with another John McCain, Mitt Romney or Bob Dole?
Reagan did EXACTLY what Cruz is doing now and faced many of the same obstacles INCLUDING his own party working against him.
He won HUGE as a result!

Indeed. Soft-pedaling led to great losses, especially over the past 2½ decades. Only a RINO would insist on such.
