The chief executive officer of Wal-Mart Stores Inc on Tuesday asked the governor of Arkansas to veto a religious freedom measure, saying the bill approved by lawmakers earlier in the day undermines "the spirit of inclusion" in the state.

It sounds like Walmart has a thing for sexual deviants. Well, as much as I hate to do it, I’ve made my last Walmart run. Time to do ALL of my shopping at the dollar stores and Mom and Pops. Screw Walmart.

I went there once....NEVER AGAIN. I go to Publix. I love that store a lot. In fact, I have never been more pleased with another grocery store ever.
Big business and big government have the same interests, and it has nothing to do with freedom.
Otherwise, the Waltons would probably already know that Arkansass religious freedom measure is probably based on Section 1 of the 14th Amendment.
14th Amendment, Section 1:All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States [emphasis added]; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
Note that the privileges or immunities term which John Bingham, the main author of Section 1 used in that section, is just another way to refer to constitutionally enumerated rights, most of these rights listed in the Bill of Rights.
So state religious freedom laws not only compliment constitutional protections by protecting business owners who have religious convictions, but they also help to prevent a state from unthinkingly violating the 14th Amendment which pro-gay activist states have already done imo.
