Just went to their website, hoping that maybe, just MAYBE they don’t soyl all their food like all the other fast-food places.
Nope, they do it too. Can’t eat there either.
Can someone please tell me WHY almost every food item in restaurants or prepared in grocery stores HAS to have soy in it?
And to add insult to top it off, Chick-fil-a says that the USDA has declared that both peanut and soy oil are so refined as to not be a problem.
LIE!(on the part of USDA) but nothing new there.
Thanks, maybe they changed from using MSG. I hope so
:)
I can picture them fist-pumping and tweeting one other that "we shut the place down, man!"
A lot cars that passed by heckled these pukes, and I was one of them.
KFC's parent was owned by Pepsi up until 1997, which is when it was spun off. The quality decline may be related to that.
Did any open in San Fransicko?
None in Canada that I’m aware of - but I think, unlike Target, they would succeed. Target was the WORST store I ever visited.
With Truett Cathy safely in his grave, and the company and its foundation pledged to give no more money in defense of traditional marriage, the expansion is on. But that will not keep the leftists from drumming up some new cause to hit them with. Maybe they’ll be accused of oppressing their workers by closing on Sunday.
Blecch. Is this what passes for repartee in the bubblegum tween set these days?
That is high-brow entertainment for a dumbef-down society
A new Chick Fil A opened three weeks ago in Branson, MO. It’s right across the street from my office. It’s been doing a booming business even though not a lot of people come to Branson at this time of year.
Just for the heck of it, I just went on the CFA website and sent a query via the Contact Us page. I’ll let you know if and when I get a response.
My daughter and I stopped to have lunch at the new one in San Angelo, Texas a few weeks (it replaced a very old one across the street). We wanted to sit down and eat, but there was no place to park, with cars cruising through the large parking lot waiting. Finally, I decided to go through the drive-through. There were three lanes, with two running past one window, and the third running past an outrigger from the building (they have a conveyor system to take food out to the 2nd window). We put in our order, waited less than a minute for the two cars in front of us, and by the time we pulled up to the window, the guy had our drinks sitting on the ledge waiting for us, and handed me our food right after. Their service is nothing short of amazing- and always, always, cheerful and courteous, no matter how busy they are.
There are three of them opening up this spring in the Seattle area - Lynnwood, Bellevue, and Tacoma.
Facebook pages for them.

The next thing that the Seattle area needs is a Waffle House or three!
The closest ones are in AZ and CO.
That, and both a Cracker Barrel & an In-N-Out Burger.
Can’t wait for the Tacoma CFA location to open!
California burger chain to open 25 stores here

Carnivores waiting for the famous In-N-Out Burger to open a restaurant here may be in for an even bigger treat. Another California-based burger chain The Habit Burger Grill is planning to open 25 stores in the Puget Sound area over the next 12 years.
The closest Cracker Barrel to Seattle is in Montana.
Secondly, I read the article you linked to about The Habit, and I discovered something that would keep me from EVER setting foot in the place. From the article:
The enterprise will be led by brothers Abdullah Jafrey and Tauseef Razaque under the name PBUH Holdings LLC
. PBUH...as in the Islamic "Peace Be Upon Him" (referring to 'Mad Mo', the so-called prophet).
Uh...no.
Thanks, I would be very interested in their reply.
Definitely shows what has happened to our country.
