Chick-Fil-A Opens Slew of New Stores Nationwide
Despite the occasional negative press, Chick-Fil-As franchises are thriving throughout the United States. Shortly after the arrival of spring, new Chick-Fil-A restaurants are cropping up in states like Florida and Pennsylvania, signaling that the chain responsible for Eat More Chicken ads continues to outperform competitors, such as KFC and Churchs.
As reported by the Palm Beach Post, Chick-Fil-As newest restaurant held a grand opening in Delray Beach, Florida on March 26 to hundreds of people anxiously awaiting its debut. For more than 24 hours, customers camped outside the new restaurant hoping to be one of the first 100 people to enter the building. Not so much motivated by a love for chicken as by the promise of free Chick-Fil-A for a year, campers began gathering days before to secure their spot.
A tradition rooted in a love for community, giving away free food at grand openings is part of why Chick-Fil-A stands out from other fast food brands. Instead of devising ways to earn money, the companys management is committed to serving others and it shows in their work. In 2013, the chain earned nearly $5 billion in U.S. sales.
Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Chick-Fil-A has an established corporate culture that combines quality and passion. Thus far, the companys chicken has earned numerous awards, including the top spot for Best Chicken Sandwich in a 2014 Consumer Report review. According to Forbes, the passing of company founder S. Truett Cathy last year is unlikely to impact the restaurants outlook.
In addition to the new Delray Beach location, Chick-Fil-A is opening new restaurants throughout March and April in the Northeast and Midwest regions of the country. According to Inquisitrs review of the company, Chick-Fil-A continues to earn new business by competitively developing and marketing new products. Frosted Lemonade, one of the newest additions to the chains menu, arrived just in time for summer and features a refreshing blend of ice cream and lemonade.
While delighting customers with delicious food is always a priority for Chick Fil A, the chicken chain promotes healthy lifestyle habits and encourages disease prevention. To participate in the American Diabetes Associations National Alert Day, Chick Fil A motivated customers to take an online diabetes risk assessment in exchange for a free grilled chicken sandwich or order of nuggets, the Times of San Diego reported
LOL!
What a nice article, summarizing some of the good works done by this company, and giving back to the community.
But to the liberals, none of that matters. The fact that the founder of the chain opposes homosexual marriage outweighs every other consideration in the liberal mind.
And consider Adam Smith, who told “Rachel” that its a horrible company with horrible values, and how does she sleep at night. If Chick Fill A really discriminated against the homosexual community, then where are the lawsuits in today’s litigious climate???
You know that the liberal lawyers had to be searching for either homosexual customers or employees of the company whose rights had been violated, so they could sue Chick Fill A.
What does it tell you, that the ACLU types never were able to.locate such a person to file their suits against Chick Fill A???
“I heard that they use MSG in their chicken, is that true?
I am allergic to MSG and other preservatives.”

I was told they did, but I’m severely allergic and have never had a reaction. If MSG was there, even in minute amounts, believe me, I’d know it.
I’d like to see some up here in Western Washington, too. We aren’t all democrats and queers in this state, no matter what you may have heard from the media.

I work on a college campus, maybe a 45 second walk to the Chik-fil-A in the student union.
It is consistently packed out at lunch time. If I’m not there by 12:02 I will wait a while.
During the winter, wasn’t it a Chick-Fil-A manager who stayed open during a major snow storm and went from car to car stuck on the road offering them some food and hot coffee free of charge.
They opened several in CT over the last year, including one near me about a month ago. Every day the place is packed both the parking lot and drive thru. Go figure.
I do remember something like that
From what I understand, he was hired after the incident and when his employer realized who he was they fired him.
Yes. Forgot where though.
Alabama, after freak snowstorm shut down an interstate.
I’ve had Chick-Fil-A once in my life when I was in Colorado for a wedding. It was delectable. But, it’s not exactly health food (no one claims it is, either). I’ll have it again at some point, but it will never be a staple. Haha.
Of course, living near Kansas City there's no fried chicken like Stroud's fried chicken.
I have to drive slowly around the local McDonald's or Bojangles to study the crowd and see if the overtly queer gang is hanging around using free Wi-Fi before I take the grand kids in for something to eat. Even then you never know when they'll descend on the place, each buy a coffee, and start making a public display of themselves for hours at a time.
At Chick-Fil-A, no such worries for the past year or more.
This is probably why there was also construction of a second Chic-Fil-A not a mile down the road, on the other side of the street.
Good business will have repeat customers. Great Service will ensure even more customers.
I don’t think know so. Please see this thread:
