Clinton claims she wiped her server. I would think the NSA has unwittingly provided a backup service for her. Would certainly like to know what's in the emails.
Some nerdy tech FReepers claim that the E-Mails can be recovered from the server in question.
Id think she may have been on their radar so to speak
she sure doesn’t know whether they archived them.... or not....
let her sleep on that for a couple more weeks and sw shall see what happend!!
Forget it all.
For electronic records to have any legal weight they must have a known chain of custody.
If you don’t get them off her hard drive or known backups of those hard drives you’ve got essentially nothing. The NSA, even if they have copies are not going to provide any legal basis for their authenticity.
The only thin hope is finding messages on the recipients end that were archived in a manner that can be authenticated. And for that to happen you have to know who she communicated with and that person had be using either a government address or a commercial address that can be verified. And that is thin...
So in short you are wasting your time dreaming about it.

Not guaranteed. Also any professional system will backup email. Plus apparently the IP address was from a government pool which means that someone in authority knew and probably approved.
The physical drives are long gone.
Period.
If the NSA charter or rules don’t allow spying on government officials, they will never admit they have such information, even if it’s common knowledge to Congressional staffers.
I mean really this is such a shock.....
All senders/recipients should have emails. Hold her in contempt of Congress Monday and start the investigations ASAP.

The Clintons are career criminals, and particularly skilled criminals. If anyone thinks that Hillary ever sent an incriminating e-mail is nuts. There is nothing to be found, and if you ever find anything that looks like something- they wanted you to find it!!!

If it was sent electronically it can be found. The question is where and who will be able to do it. My bet is on the Russians and Israelis.

How she is not behind bars right now after all this is simply unbelievable. Last thing I saw her was a few days ago joking on tv and people were all yukking it up. I guess she feels she is like teflon and nothing will stick to her. In that sense she is just like Obama.
Why hasn't someone like Donald Trump done this yet? Oh wait, he's friends with Hillary.. Perhaps WND.com could do it?
