It is telling to me that the MSM theory is Republicans always have to be “moderate” and the Democrats can be the most radical of anyone to be elected. Very telling, and counter-factual, as the middle leans right, if anything.
Cruz can win as long as conservatives are willing to step up and help him win it.

Volunteer to knock on doors and make phone calls.
Campaign for him in social media relentlessly.
Find your personal stick and swing it.

Levin is right. I like Kraut and when he’s right he’s really right. But he’s also wrong sometimes and he’s not as severely conservative as he would like people to think.
I thought Donald Trump was foolish to let Kraut run him out of the race in 2012. I thought he was foolish to lower himself to call Krauthammer and then let Kraut basically dismiss him and then go on TV and say he did it.
Kraut, Will, Kristol, Rove, et al are all going to try to push out the conservative in favor of a moderate.

Shamefully, Fox is catering to Rupert Murdock, tho they probably have jobs on the line to do otherwise. Hannity may be the trade off to somewhat balance the negative comments from the hired prognosticators. All of which reminds me that the anti Reagan press and many GOP elites declared to the very end that he could not and would not win. He could and he did win, two terms. FOX needs to be careful of how far they let the network slip into just another version of the newspeak their followers left behind. I can live without them and certainly so can a significant number of others.

We all need to calm down and take a deep breath. Krauthammer’s reference to a ‘first-term Senator’ does have some merit. Still, Cruz is certainly in no way similar to Obama - No Way.
We conservatives have several good horses in this 2016 race. Let’s not handicap them so early. Also, eventually we will need to coalesce for one candidate. It’s still 10 months out before we get close to any primaries.
This the immediate DEFAULT position of the Media and RINO class whenever a real American gets close to power. They know nothing of how THE PEOPLE will actually vote.
