Looks to me like you’re right about the student. My personal opinion is that rapists should be executed, first offense. I’ve known too many women who were raped, including my mother. BUT any rape case needs to be thoroughly investigated, and the case needs to be rock-solid. Looks to me that this kid was disruptive of class, not participative. Been a teacher (high school, middle-school, and elementary) for a short time, and folks like that are more trouble than they’re worth.
