Former Secretary Clinton use of private email for her state correspondence with foreign dignitaries and persons removed her actions from public scrutiny and political accountability, converting her State Department post into a private diplomatic backchannel. Her actions have the potential to be among the most dangerous precedents for use of executive power.
According to Article II of the Constitution, the president is one person who is vested with [t]he executive power, and who delegates such power to his agents. Our Framers did not insert that clause just to empower a president; they did it to make the president and his agents, such as the Secretary of State, politically accountable to the people for their decisions and action. They knew that the stakes are high for maintaining public accountabilityespecially in war-making and foreign affairsand that those stakes are usually American lives and property.

There are those contrarians at FR who will disagree, that she will somehow survive. But no. What difference does it make, will have made it's final no difference for Hillary.
She had thought she was invulnerable, getting literally away with murder on too many occasions, feeling confident that once again as was with the Libyan catastrophe she would survive another self-made disaster.
But no. The laws she violated are not cattle future type violations.
She's knee-deep in it and even her four-wheel drive tongue that has always managed to get her out of the cesspool just isn't slick enough for this mess.
All of which makes the coverage of the inevitable Senate investigation into her crimes all the more certain to be eminently watchable yet disastrous, schandenfreude will take on a whole new sense of enjoying twisting, twisting, slowly in the wind not unlike watching her in a cage while someone sets off a trail that has her and her political career immolating up in a political inferno.
Just read an interesting article on Breitbart - the White House is out to destroy her, so it says. That’s what I thought as well. Valerie Jarrett in particular.
Yes, I read that, too. I’m looking for a suitable article to post on it.
Does the article reveal who the Obama clan prefers as the 2016 candidate?
It's on!! This time to be truly entertaining.
Obama vs Clinton 2016
...grab the popcorn.
Excellent observation. That is very clever.
FACT ON FILE Then-Secy Hillary gave her aide, Huma Abedin, State Dept special status" ---- in effect Huma was working for state AND working as a private contractor for Teneo Holdings. Read on.
====================================================
Back in Jan 2014, Sen Charles Grassley (R-Iowa) probed Hillary's State Dept aide's employment status...... asking how Huma Abedin got a sweetheart deal as an outside private six-figure consultant while at the State Department.
Abedin and hubby, disgraced sexter/loser ex-Rep. Anthony Weiner, purportedly hauled in some $350,000 in outside income on top of Abedins $135,000 govt salary.
Abedin held special government employee status, and worked a sideline---as a private contractor. One of Huma's clients was Bill Clinton's Company----Teneo Holdings----a dual-track consulting firm that calls itself the next chapter in strategic advisory.
============================================
HUMAN EVENTS EXCERPT: A former employee of bankrupt MF Global accused former president Clinton----chairman of Teneo's advisory board----of collecting $50,000 per month through his Teneo advisory firm in the months before MFG careened towards its Halloween filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, as hundreds of millions of investor funds disappeared.
Teneo was hired by MF Globals former CEO Jon S. Corzine to improve his image and to enhance his connections with Clintons political family, said the employee, who asked that his name be withheld because he feared retribution, according to HE.
The source, who is no longer associated with MF Global, said Teneo is a dual-track company with one side devoted to merchant and investment banking and the other side set up to provide image and strategy consulting services. The Teneo contract with MF Global lasted some five months, the source said. The board cancelled it after Corzine resigned.
The trustee for cheated MFG investors later sued JPMorgan bank for return of about $450M that MFG had wire- transferred out of its accounts to JPM's bank.
==================================================
An earlier NYT's expose tarred Bill Clinton w/ Teneo's sub rosa dealings. Teneo is run by Clinton aide---Doug Band. Prosecutors found Band and Clinton listed in pedophile's Jeffry Epsteiin's records as having a shocking 21 email addresses and tele nos........that L/E recognizes as the MO for money-laundering and tax evasion.
Obama and his Rasputin, Valerie Jarrett (Seriously, they call her that!), would rather turn the keys over to President Walker, President Cruz or President Paul than to another President Clinton? I don't think so.
I stole it off FaceBook. I wonder if a FReeper created it.
If you don’t mind, i’d like to post this article and give you credit for bringing it to the party, so to speak.
Supposedly there have been secret meetings with both Warren and O’Malley. They have been told they’d have the full support of the White House if they challenge Hitlery.
It’s funny, I thought when Warren stated she wouldn’t run for president if Hillary was in the race that saying that was odd. Now I see that she was probably aware of the plan to take Hitlery out of the race, opening it up for her.
This means Warren: Obama backs challenger to Hillary

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3268071/posts
This article is being posted with special thanks and gratitude to "Texas Cajun" who first posted the link in an earlier story.
At her presser she said that any work-related emails she sent would automatically be saved by the recipients at State.
Well, what if the recipients used her server too?
