It seemed like routine business for the student council at the University of California, Los Angeles: confirming the nomination of Rachel Beyda, a second-year economics major who wants to be a lawyer someday, to the council’s Judicial Board.
Until it came time for questions.
“Given that you are a Jewish student and very active in the Jewish community,” Fabienne Roth, a member of the Undergraduate Students Association Council, began, looking at Ms. Beyda at the other end of the room, “how do you see yourself being able to maintain an unbiased view?”
For the next 40 minutes, after Ms. Beyda was dispatched from the room, the council tangled in a debate about whether her faith and affiliation with Jewish organizations, including her sorority and Hillel, a popular student group, meant she would be biased in dealing with sensitive governance questions that come before the board, which is the campus equivalent of the Supreme Court.

Muzloids are a protected class among the PC congoscenti, like the snail darter, except violent and malignant.
Their are hierarchies to the PC protected classes. Right now, Muzloids are at the top, above even blacks and LBGTQ.
Jews had been moved to the bottom for a while, below “privileged” orientals.
But Jews have now been moved to the deprecated list, along with white males and all conservatives.
They say that they’re only “anti-Israel,” but in fact, “anti-Israel” is based on the belief that Israel ought to roll over and die. That sounds a lot like good-old anti-Semitism to me.

The Solution to this problem is obvious:
All Jewish students in the University of California system should be required to wear Yellow Stars on their clothing.
But please keep in mind, this is only an Interim Solution, not a Final Solution.
We will need more Student Association Council meetings before coming up with a Final Solution.
Or Christian, or Buddhist, or atheist, or Mexican or liberal, or conservative.
College student body organizations are truly sophomoric jokes.
Don’t forget to add the Europeans because the person who first posed the question, Fabienne Roth, is an international student from Switzerland.
Next time, they’ll just make sure the cameras are off and no notes are taken.
I think the lowest group on the current list would be physically handicapped people.
Unless, of course, that person was injured while serving in the military, then that individual is OFF the list entirely.

So the University did not punish the bigots on the council? Imagine the question rephrased to gays, blacks or hispanics? OMG!!! Christians, Jews and straight White Men, no protections allowed.
“Given that your a liberal, how do you maintain an unbiased view when a Conservative or conservative idea comes to trial?”
The truth is they don’t, which is part of the reason we have juries. This is particularly problematic among people who tend to make their judgement based upon their feelings rather than their logic.
They are sympathetic to the point of a tizzy fit to the Muslims (poor victims of Israel) and the Muslims equal Nazis when it comes to a blood lust for Jews. Lefties are not the sharpest knives in the drawer and they can easily be led and manipulated by Muslims. It’s like guppies hanging out with sharks.
