Seems to me that we would have learned the lesson by now: Any time you have the gov’t declare something to be illegal or banned and criminalize it, the criminals come in and create a black market for it. End result: Whatever it is you’re trying to ban simply creates a different market for that product and drives the revenues into the hands of the bad guys.
