She ended up only receiving probation. We all know what would have happened if the guy had not been recording the assault on him who was also a minor at the time. I guess this State thinks it is okay for adults to commit child abuse especially if it is a woman.

I don't know too many places where taping porn is illegal as long as all parties are over 18 and the taping is not being done secretly. It looks like this was recorded on his phone, which is apparently in his hand, so he wasn't hiding it.
