Washington Post ^ | Abby Ohlheiser

Posted on 02/28/2015 11:15:16 AM PST by Oliviaforever

Nevada Assemblywoman Michele Fiore said recently that she will propose a "Right to Try" bill in her state. But it's not the bill itself that gained national attention. Instead, it was Fiore's statement that she believes cancer is "a fungus" that can be cured by "flushing, let’s say, saltwater, sodium carbonate" through the body.

Why do you need legislation for that. It’s not like they’re poisons.

They are afraid people will be misled. That’s trade infringement as it is the government’s job to mislead.

It's her bill that she is promoting "to expand the ability of terminally ill patients to access non-FDA-approved treatments."

“A surprising amount of people hold this delusional idea about baking soda curing cancer.”

Baking soda and apple cider vinegar. Cures many things....

If it can unclog a drain, why not arteries?

Don't know a thing about baking soda's medical abilities but I would wager a guess if it did work that a large segment of the cancer treatment industry would "poo-poo" it simply to keep their pockets lined with money and their "let's cure cancer" show going.

Are they calling it the Steve McQueen Bill?

It worked out well for him down in Mexico.

I hear ground up Unicorn Horn is a sure cure for what ails you. Pixie Dust helps with the side effects.

Washed down with a Blue Cheese Coke Slurpee.

Have you ever microwaved a cut grape? It creates burst of plasma! Don’t breathe the smoke. There are some youtubes on it if you don’t want to do it or can’t find any union grapes.

Having battled Leukemia for the last nine Years, I beg to differ. I know, Chevron bought out the guy with the Magic Carburetor that got 100 MPG too.
