Jeb Bush was very, very good at CPAC today ("He looked ... presidential")[Hurl warning]
The Washington Post's The Fix Blog ^ | February 27, 2015 | Chris Cillizza

Did people walk out when Jeb Bush started speaking at CPAC today in Maryand? Sure. Did he get heckled and booed at times during his q and a with conservative commentator Sean Hannity? Sure. Did Bush more than hold his own with an audience that was ready to embarrass him in front of every national reporter in the country? Yes.

Bush was energetic -- maybe due at least in part to nervousness in facing a testy crowd -- and informed. He refused to back down -- particularly on immigration -- from positions that he knew would be unpopular with the crowd. He insisted that Republicans were good at opposing things but bad at "being for things." He was composed. He was up to the moment. He looked, in a word, presidential.

By contrast, the opposition, which had promised a major walkout when Bush entered the room, seemed to fizzle. Check out this video of the protests -- and count how many reporters there are versus how many actual protesters there are.....

The establishment pick is the Globalist Jeb Bush.

No way in h*ll should you ever listen to the Communist Post.

Whatever, the want..... by default you should be automatically against it.

For the record, if the Globalist Jeb Bush is forced as the Republican Candidate like John McCain and Mitt Romney.

I promise you 100% I will not vote for him.

Conservatives are being played once again....

Frankly, I think we should let the compost pick our candidate. Or the Slimes, take your pick.

"He insisted that Republicans were good at opposing things but bad at "being for things."

Puhleese! Can this RINO ever get anything right?
CONSERVATIVE Republicans have a huge list of being "for things".

Just a few:
restoration of Constitutional principles and intent;
freedom of religion;
freedom of enterprise without suffucating regulations;
freedom of association;
the ability to protect ourselves with arms;
reduced obscene Fedgov largess and cronyism;
protection of our sovereign borders;
life for unborn human beings;
an Executive branch that is not tyrannical;
a true Fedgov Justice system;
end of race baiting;
voting rights protection;
limited taxation;
stopping redistribution of our efforts and holding the "gimmes" accountable;
States' rights;
strong foreign policy that doesn't apologize for the US being the greatest nation the world has seen;
support of Israel;
support of our Allies;
recognition who our enemies are;
recognition that Radical Islam is 99% of terrorism world wide;
reduction or elimination of un-elected beaurocrats in the alphabet agencies;
marriage is between a man and a woman;
stop the destruction of our military;

I could go on, but I'm exhausted. Feel free to add to the above that Conservatives are "for".

I wonder how long before the WaPo starts printing stories about how Hillary is hoping for a Ted Cruz nomination , but she fears the Jebster because he’d be such a formidable opponent.

He insisted that Republicans were good at opposing things but bad at "being for things."

I'm FOR lots of stuff.

First and foremost I'm for elected officials keeping their sacred oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States, while doing their primary duty, which is to provide equal protection for the life of every innocent person in the country.

And I already know you won't do that, Governor.

No sale.

Sure, I’ll give him that.. he’s lost weight, and looked and sounded great.. but that doesn’t expunge his support for amnesty and Common Core.

As the Socialist-approved tar baby wandered down the primrose path, he encountered a right-wing voter who he implored not to throw him into that briar patch just outside the oval office...and it was then I awoke, drenched in cold sweat. Hear not the siren song of the progressive liars, and Stay out da Bushes, America!

Never mind the fact that he packed the audience with paid K-Street astroturfers who were bused in for the occasion.
