So the Democrats say they want a clean bill, free of the language that the House inserted challenging the President's unconstitutional actions. In response, why doesn't the House:
1) Pass a "clean bill" that funds the Coast Guard, Border Patrol, TSA, etc but NOTHING for Immigration.
2) Pass an Immigration Employee payroll bill that funds ONLY Immigration employee salaries for the entire year - but not a penny for anything else
3) Then have the debate about the rest of what Immigration will be funded
Because The First Dictator will veto the stand-alone Illegal Immigration Funding Bill, the Democrats will sustain his veto, and the lousy GOP leaders of the House and the Senate can throw up their hands in surrender, as they always do. There gavels should be replaced with white flags.
Shame on every GOP member of the House and Senate who voted for Boehner and McConnell, who support Obama over their constituents every time. They deserve to lose their seats ASAP.
Stand-alone legislation to see how each “representative” stands? That would hold individual members accountable. It’s CONgre$$. It’s quite the $cam they’ve got going.

exactly. seize the language and you have much of the battle won. Dems have a “dirty” bill loaded with amnesty
I’m beginning to think McConnel won’t do this because he wants the immigration bill. He just wants to say, “I tried everything I could, but we just couldn’t get it done ...”
Boehner should call a convention of governors with international borders to a convention and tell them not to enforce the President's EO's or memo. We the people need to start going around this reckless/lawless POS in the white house.
Should do that too, but I’m tired of the media talking about a “Shutdown”. Fund all of DHS EXCEPT Immigration, and move on from there ...
What would you think historically today, looking back at any Jewish organization at the beginning of Hitler, that voted to fund the SS when they had just announced them as the enemy??????
If people do not wake up and learn from history they you doom yourselves.
Funding the DHS without immigration will not stop Obama. He will use current funding to keep implementing his illegal executive order in spite of Congress’s and the Court’s disapproval.
Now is the time to stop Obama!
McConnell can use have a vote to change the 60 vote rule to a simple majority rule of 51 to get the bill out of committee and on the floor for an up or down vote.
After all, our Constitution is at stake, surely a little Senate rule is not that important!!
I do not believe DHS can use any FY15 dollars for Obama’s Immigration plans if it is not authorized. The House should charge JehJ with Fraud and Unauthorized use of Gov’t dollars if he attempts that...
Isn’t this a budget bill? Why can’t McConnell use reconciliation to get it passed without filibuster, kind of like the Dems did with Obamacare?
