I think of the founder of (IIRC) the Salvation Army who said he would stand on his head if that is what it took to share the gospel with somebody who needed it.
If the power of Jesus is genuinely in the thing, any medium which is not of itself sin can be a conduit of the gospel.
“Noah” added ridiculous rock monsters and was a Biblical product you’d expect from an avowed atheist.
“Exodus” is damned as dull incarnate.
“Left Behind” was a “meh” book turned into a film with Nicholas Cage, aka, “The Guy Who Will Do Any Movie For A Paycheck.”
So, I don’t really draw the same conclusions about so-called Christian cinema as the author.
