I would refuse bags, leave my items gathered at the bottom of the checkout register chute (assuming multiple items), carrying several items out to the car at a time, returning to reload numerous. If any items disappeared while I loaded my car, I’d call the cops and file a report for theft against the store.

or you could put them in the cart and load the items in the car and make several trips to get them to your 8th floor apartment... lol

take the ice cream first!

I would refuse the bags, not pay for my purchases and leave them at the bottom of the checkout chute.

Repeat until the law is repealed.

I’m sympathetic to the idea, but I hate to punish the store for the idiocy of the government.

I’d like to see some sort of creative protest directed at the morons who voted for this. Something entirely legal, but that would cause them perpetual annoyance on a daily basis, similar to what they inflict on us.
