I am having trouble believing a 6 year old could kill herself and also could a 6 year old write that note? She has only been in 1st grade for half a year.

Yes. Low income kids start school at Pre-K so she has probably been in school for at least 2.5 years. Kids here could probably write that note by the end of Kindergarten.

A sad tragedy for her to feel so bad about herself at such an early age. Who knows what sort of life she had.
