I'm sorry, but "anarchist tactics" and "Che Guevara" don't belong in the same chapter, never mind the same sentence.

Che Guevara (and Warren Wilhelm) are revolutionary communists. Revolutionary communists desire maximum state power to exercise total control - which is the opposite of anarchy.
