In all, four South Florida judges sided with same-sex couples who either sought to marry or divorce

So much for the gay-media spin that this is all about "love".

Another court-induced change in the law.

What is shocking is that 36 states allow for gay marriage now. I had no idea the number was that high. They said Maryland where I live has gay marriage which I had forgotten. It is certainly everywhere now. We are losing this one.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Lewis_Hinkle
Hinkle was nominated by President Bill Clinton on June 6, 1996, to a seat vacated by William H. Stafford, Jr. on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida. He was confirmed by the United States Senate on July 25, 1996, and received his commission on August 1, 1996. He served as chief judge from 2004 to 2009.

On August 21, 2014, Hinkle issued a ruling in Brenner v. Scott that denied the state defendants’ motion to dismiss and granted the same-sex couple plaintiffs’ motion for a preliminary injunction. In ordering the injunction, Judge Hinkle found that Florida’s statutory and constitutional bans on same-sex marriage were federally unconstitutional.

http://judgepedia.org/Sarah_I._Zabel

Sarah I. Zabel is a judge of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court, Civil Division, in Florida. She was elected to the court on November 5, 2002, and took office in early 2003.[1][2][3] Zabel was most recently re-elected without opposition in 2014, winning a six-year term that expires on January 4, 2021.

Judge Sarah I. Zabel found Florida’s same-sex marriage ban to be unconstitutional on August 1, 2014. In her order, the judge wrote: “ Preventing couples from marrying solely on the basis of their sexual orientation serves no governmental interest. It serves only to hurt, to discriminate, to deprive same-sex couples and their families of equal dignity, to label and treat them as second-class citizens, and to deem them unworthy of participation in one of the fundamental institutions of our society.”

Choosing sin and what is unnatural over the design of their Creator. Sowing to the wind.

Matthew 19: 4-6:

“And He answered and said to them, “Have you not read that He who made them at the beginning ‘made them male and female,’ and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? So then, they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.””

So we have again another activist judge who is imposing a law which the people and the constitution doe snot want.

Why did we all go to that trouble, spend millions, get signatures, take the time to vote and then we have this judge make their own law up?

Notice all these liberal rulings come from Southern FL judges, why not bring these cases up in the north part where I am and see if the homostapo have as much luck.

Course they won’t because judge shopping and stripping away the states constitution is more easy for them after they lost the constitutional amendment battle.

I hear Egypt is a great place for homosexuals to honeymoon. The Muslims there are very warm and embracing. They even give free rectal exams at gay bathhouses, no charge, after which they provide room and board gratis at specialized facilities.

These kinds of things are just like Taney’s ruling in Dredd Scott. They don’t end well.

The vote I cast against this is now officially meaningless, because some pervert in a black robe with a law degree has decided he knows better than the rest of us.

A judge can rule that unicorns exist too, but that won’t make them real. Same-sex “marriage” is not and never will be real; the pretense is a legal fiction that allows gays to pay higher income taxes.

And all the former governor of Florida can say is: “there goes the courts again, what can you do?”. What a statesman.
