Eric Bolling, co-host of The Five on Fox, was a fill-in host for the OReilly Factor this past Tuesday and went off on a guest who ridiculously claimed that Fox News was actually perpetuating racism in America.
Jasymne Cannick is a self-proclaimed social commentator" from Los Angeles. Bolling asked "So Jasmyne, is America a racist country?" She said "You bet it is."
JASMYNE CANNICK: You bet it is. And I would say to what the President said especially when he said why work on it. We have to work on it because there are people like me and millions of other black people and Latinos and other minorities living in this country. So that's why we have to continue to work on it. But we do have a responsibility to recognize that America is still a very racist country.
Such a lofty statement to make without having any basis to back it up, Bolling asked Cannick, What are we doing wrong in America thats perpetuating racism? Cannick responded:
Well, first of all, many of the shows on this very network help perpetuate the racism that exists in America, so we can start there.
Bolling was flabbergasted, but didnt back down, asking how Fox News was perpetuating racism - even rattling off Foxs coverage of race issues. Bolling pressed for facts, for something tangible that could be shown as an example of perpetuating racism, but Cannick couldnt give one specific example. Her answer?
No no no, you know exactly what Im saying, Eric.

on the Word network there is a preacher saying the same thing about Fox news. He had no evidence but I guess its because they allow criticism of Obama
Fox news is very middle of the road. B’OR lobbed softballs at Zero right before the first presidential election. They also have RINOs on the air constantly.
However, the rest of the media is so far left, Fox is presented as some radical right organization. It’s very centrist at best.
Fox also has leftwing commentators on staff and on shows. MSNBC doesn’t even bother having any voice from the right on staff and shouts at the few who are willing to show up.
Being based in New York and D.C. exclusively has a lot to do with it though. It’s groupthink.
Jasmyne Cannick is yet but another in a seemingly endless stable of one trick ponies.
It’s hopeless, there is no common language.
Foreigners come to United States from every country in Africa and Asia and do very well. Many do not even speak good English. Which explodes the myth of a racist country.
Oh, I get it!
This is like 'heads I win, tails you lose'.
Anyone arguing against that flawed, completely self-serving premise is insane.
“There is hope as long as people want to be honest about it and they want to honestly make the changes that need to be made. And those changes include looking at the criminal justice system. Looking at our educational system. Looking at what are the barriers that keep black and brown people from being hired in this country.”
Anything, except honestly look at what changes minorities can make, that need to be made.
Accepting, not arguing I mean.
America is the least racist country in the world.
Show me a country where a member of a minority (13%) was democratically elected as leader. Certainly no black nation ever freely elected a white man. No majority black city elected a white mayor until New Orleans did a few years back.
Blacks have more opportunities here and a higher standard of living than they do anywhere else on the planet.
All of the complaining is just part of a shakedown and there’s an entire industry of racism mythology (black studies, affirmative action program directors) who should be out of a job already.
Without ‘racism’ what would they be doing? Would Obama have been elected if he’d been a white man, judged as a 2-year U.S. Senator with little or no qualifications?
The U.S. is anti-white more than anti-black. Reverse racism and Christianphobia causes more injury than white on black racism. Go look at the DOJ stats on crime and tell me that’s not true.
We all know what your wet dream about race is, but what is more racist...disagreeing with a presidents policies or years of dependence on government based on the belief that you are not as good as anyone else?
Wonder if Jasymne Cannick knows Sheila Jackson Lee? They sound like two peas in a pod. Lots of words, minimal, if any, sense.
You’ll get no argument from me.
This pastor told it like it is:

They never have to have any “proof”. That’s how it works. They accuse you of racism, then when you demand they show some examples they say that’s evidence that you’re racist. The game is rigged because they always play their racism cards from the bottom of the deck. You can’t win any argument where someone has already decided you’re wrong and guilty before you even start any discussion.
All the racist idiots like her can go straight to hell as far as I’m concerned. They’re not worth wasting a single second on.
I agree and I don't pay any attention to them. We have come a long way and thinking people know it.
I saw this live and I could not believe my ears.
My wife had to walk out of the room.
Check out her twitter page.
Yes lefties like Shep, Juan, plus more.
