Yep. DOT closed down a building in the area - only State Patrol staff at the site. (Normally also has highway engineers and support.)

yup, that neighborhood wasn’t very nice. Today, it’s just part of the Marquette campus and seems fine. The police and National Guard had a tough job back then and I sure didn’t envy them.
