Notice that CoffeeHottie #1 & LM are the most accurate. *Here's the thing about LM, and why I left the quotes out for him specifically:
LM "observed the police officer fire two shots, which caused the individual to flinch and jump back. LM observed the police officer fire an additional six to eight shots at the individual, as the individual was still standing, and observed that the individual was turning his body back and forth. LM observed the individual fall to the ground as the shots continued to be fired, and believes that there may have been one to two shots fired by the police officer as the person was falling to the ground. Once the individual was on the ground, the firing stopped."
That LM guy, he's an observin' kind of guy, and his observin' nicely complements the observin' of Mr RB (aka The Flash):
RB "was in his office when he heard gunshots. He grabbed his binoculars and went to his window, and observed a Milwaukee police officer standing in the park with his gun drawn. RB states that the police officer was pointing his gun toward an individual, and he observed the officer firing his gun at that individual. He states that he heard and saw the officer fire five (5) to seven (7) shots until the gun emptied and its slide went back into the lock position. RB observed the individuals arms come up as he fell to the ground, and said that the individual landed on his back."
Some say that all this furious action on the part of The Flash (Mr RB) took place in the space of 3 to 4 seconds.
It takes 4 seconds to walk six paces. Officer Manney did NOT crank off 14 rounds in 4 seconds.
Wonder why some people on this thread want you to believe that?
