Police officer cleared in shooting death of Dontre Hamilton.
The Wisconsin National Guard is on standby Monday after a police officer was cleared in a shooting incident of mentally ill black man.
(Excerpt) Read more at thegatewaypundit.com ...
lil Trayvon was an experienced member of Fight Club, who deservedly got his violent thug @ss perforated while trying to make George Zimmerman's head become one with the pavement.
Officer Manney, the cop who got fired, instigated a tussle with this sleeping mentally suspect guy. Manney screwed up.
If not he could always have stopped breaking the law and being a nuisance to society.
Oddly, Bill Clinton and Jon Corzine broke the law in front of thousands upon thousands of cops, and neither of them got "felt up" or shot numerous times by the cops.
In fact, I don't think their Blue gunthugs even dared to lay rough hands on either of them... LOL! :)
After Officer Manney instigated the fight.
Should have laid off the doughnuts, and worked on the reflexes. LOL! :)
After Officer Manney instigated the fight.
...
Funny how the report I linked to in #35 doesn’t mention that.
Officer Manney, the cop who got fired, instigated a tussle with this sleeping mentally suspect guy
...
The suspect was already on his feet and turned his back to Manney.
I read the report, too. The Starbucks children wanted Hamilton dead (anyone with half a brain knows that a "welfare check" these days can end up with dead peasant bodies). Officer Manney took it upon himself to stir things up ("Officer Manney listened to the cell phone message from P.O. Cameron at 3:28 pm, called dispatch and asked if there was an assignment for Red Arrow Park. When told there was none, he asked that an assignment be created for him and went to Red Arrow Park. Manney contacted Hamilton resulting in the altercation and shooting.").
After intensive study, Team Manney (Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm) determines that the dastard peasant were violatin' a COUNTY ORDINANCE!
Death! DEATH! DEATH!
I was FASCINATED by Ms. FS's account, in light of some of the other accounts.
MOAR fascination: Mr. RB hears gunshots, grabs his binoculars, walks to the window, and observes Officer Manney firing 5 to 7 of the 14 shots in to Hamilton.
Think about that for a second, boycott.
Ah! Starbucks employee "JK" is fingered as the squeal pigeon.
AH! It is indeterminate whether the bloated tax-tick was ACTUALLY struck with his own baton, which he DID use 4-5 times on the (now-deceased) peasant.
Even more fascination: "Why is he still shooting?" and again: "Why is he shooting him, he is on the ground."
Note that the peasant witnesses seem to have all the time in the world to observe the interminable fusillade...
Fascinating: Manney emptied his firearm.
"Although told that there was no assignment awaiting dispatch at the park, he assumed that no one had responded to the Starbucks employees' first call."
"Assume" makes an ass out of Manney, and a dead guy out of Dontre Hamilton. Guess one or both of those Starbucks chicklets were hotties...
After reading Manney's "after-action" report - Manney's an effing liar.
Moonman62 replied: Funny how the report I linked to in #35 doesnt mention that.
That's because Team Manney (Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm) doesn't agree with Manney's ACTUAL boss, who fired Manney for instigating the fight:
Instead of following police training about how to deal with emotionally disturbed people, Manney came up behind Hamilton and placed his hands under Hamilton's arms and on his chest in what Flynn described Wednesday as an "out of policy pat-down." "In taking those actions, Manney instigated certainly not on purpose, certainly not with malice or forethought bad tactics and bad decisions (that) resulted in this escalation that necessitated a use of deadly force," Flynn [Officer Manney's ACTUAL boss] said.
AKA trying to impress one or both of the hot Starbucks chicklets... LOL! :)
Once again, if anybody wants more details without the name calling and hyperbole, they can find it here:
The Starbucks children wanted Hamilton dead ....
Conjecture on your part. Please explain why these Starbucks children wanted to see him killed.
You replied: The suspect was already on his feet and turned his back to Manney.
You are correct. Hamilton was NOT sleeping, as I wrote.
Manney tagged the dead guy 4 or 5 times with the baton, then was inept enough to be relieved of it by Hamilton, who may have never actually struck Manney with his own weapon.
I'm fascinated with the quote from Ms. SF: Manney sez: "So you want to fight?", just before he began pumping rounds into Hamilton.
Doesn't sound to me like lying sack Manney "feared that Hamilton would attack him with the baton and that "he would be dead" as a result."
Oh, and BTW - the prosecutor is a lying sack of Obama, too...
You're aware that "welfare checks" are a leading cause of death among "undesirables"?
Just a couple dozen arrests with a dozen convictions for misdemeanors, felonies, etc. is considered a good clean record. Besides, the racist rigged system is responsible for those marks on his record, not him. He was a good child.
Excerpt from the conclusion of the DA’s report:
After reviewing all the evidence, I believe there can be little serious doubt that P.O. Manney was justified in firing at Dontre Hamilton, who was attacking him with a deadly weapon (baton). The more difficult issue is whether P.O. Manney fired more shots than necessary, or continued firing after he could reasonably perceive that Hamilton was clearly no longer a threat.
Police officers in Milwaukee and throughout the United States are trained to fire to stop the threat. The 13 or 14 shots fired by P.O. Manney would, in all likelihood, have been fired in roughly 3 to 4 seconds total elapsed time, from first shot to last. The wound locations and wound paths through the deceaseds body are consistent with shots fired at an attacker who is first advancing toward the officer, then turning and falling. While, as can be expected, the many witnesses to this event give varying accounts of what they saw and heard, several witnesses with the best, closest views of what occurred have stated that P.O. Manney stopped firing when Hamilton fell to the ground, and Manney did not continue firing after that point. This is consistent with P.O. Manneys own statement of what occurred. I find no physical evidence to prove otherwise, including information from the autopsy report, as confirmed by my own meeting and discussions with the doctor who performed the autopsy. Reaction time is needed
to for an officer to stop firing a rapid series of shots when the officer perceives that an attacker has been stopped and then is falling. It does not appear to me, based on all the evidence I have reviewed, that P.O. Manney continued firing after the point in time when a ypothetical reasonable officer at the scene under the totality of the circumstances existing in this case, would have stopped firing. The use of deadly force against Dontre Hamilton was not a choice P.O. Manney made voluntarily, but was instead a defensive action forced upon him by Dontre Hamiltons deadly attack with a police baton.
“Always amazed at how Somebody shot a black guy!!!!! raises hysteria”...
And we only crickets when some white guy gets shot either by cops or otherwise.
The 13 or 14 shots fired by P.O. Manney would, in all likelihood, have been fired in roughly 3 to 4 seconds total elapsed time, from first shot to last.
Right. Which is why witness Mr. RB (aka "The Flash") had time to hear the initial fusillade, grab his binoculars, go to his window on the second floor, locate the shooter, and and observe the officer fire 5 to 7 more shots.
All in roughly 3 to 4 seconds.
Of course, they say that Mr. RB gets an uncommon amount of work done in an ordinary 8-hour day... LOL! :)
Dontre? Dontre?
Must be an old Gaelic name./s
.
While, as can be expected, the many witnesses to this event give varying accounts of what they saw and heard, several witnesses with the best, closest views of what occurred have stated that P.O. It should be noted that in the witness accounts in DA John "Team Manney" Chisholm's "report" (aka "whitewash") from page 6 through page 11, the people who "heard shots" from cars and office building, then looked around, went to windows, switched cubicles, grab binoculars, etc., had time to register the shooter & see him fire the final shots (all in "3 to 4 seconds"! ROTFLMAO!). Most, if not all of the witnesses directly on the scene didn't even come close to the number of shots fired when they guessed how many shots were fired.
None of the nearby witnesses gave us any sort of time reference, either.
Officer Manney should have chosen his pension over a year or two of free Starbucks from the Coffee Hotties. LOL! :)

It leads one to wonder if there was some sort of "snappy uniform-philia" virus floating around Europe in WWII, the American GIs contracted it without falling victim to it, and inadvertently brought it home, where it went viral in the domestic American population...
It should be noted that the forensic evidence also matches the best with Manney’s testimony and that of the closest witnesses with the best view.
Also note the professionalism and details included in the DA’s report compared to the name calling, hyperbole, and cartoon characters used by the person on this thread attacking the report.
