What would the US Fish and Wildlife Service or the states know about wolves. The Judge knows better. A judge appointed by The One to the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. She hasn't seen any four legged wolves in her neighborhood, they must be endangered. Related articles

We are pleased that the court has recognized that the basis for the delisting decision was flawed, and would stop wolf recovery in its tracks.
What? No mention that 0bama was the one to de-list them?

I sure would love to see President Cruz use “prosecutorial discretion” and refuse to enforce the Endangered Species Act.

The Humane Society was instrumental in protection of the 'Sage Grouse', thus limiting oil exploration in 12 mid-western states.
The Humane Society was instrumental in protection of the wolves in Minnesnowta
The Humane Society won't be happy until we are all VEGANS,
.. and are living two-legged bait for bears ,
wolves, and coyotes after they have wiped out the livestock. !

I’ve heard from some people in the Upper Midwest that they no longer go out in the woods without packing heat for the “endangered” wolves.
They claim they’re seeing LOTS of tracks.

In SE Az they reintroduced the Mexican Grey Wolf.
Ranchers killed them all in short order and did it protecting lives or property.

I’d appreciate if president Cruz would submit a law to the republican congress to strip activist groups of their right to sue in federal courts on behalf of animals, trees and air and water molecules. Strip away that special status and this lunacy will stop.

(article):"In Fridays ruling, the judge granted summary judgment for the plaintiffs and ruled that the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services Final Rule
that the 2012 delisting is immediately vacated and the 1978 protections are immediately reinstated."
The next thing you know, they will want the American Buffalo restored to its original habitat,
and order all humainty and signs of civilization removed so that they can reproduce to the previous natural bounds of their original habitat .
Then next would be the restoration of the American Paleo-Indian habitat, if they could find any ..
And next there would be the restoration of Tyanasaurus Rex, once cellular division and cloneing could be sustained .
At what point does this restoration of natural habitat become absurd an unconscionable and unreasonable ?

I am sure that the wolves and coyotes get more than the sportsmen get
If you want to save a species , have sportmen manage and control it ,..NOT GOVERNMENT !..
unles you are willing to pay $125.oo per grouse.

This is the same judge....
Judge seems skeptical of challenge to Obama immigration plan

“U.S. District Judge Beryl Howell heard arguments Monday in a case brought by an Arizona sheriff who claims the program will let more illegal immigrants enter the country and commit crimes, burdening law enforcement.”
To: SJackson
The judge was especially critical of Minnesotas wolf management plan that allows unchecked shooting of wolves in agricultural areas of the state. Come on, now!!! The agricultural areas are the only places cows, sheep, goats, pigs, chickens, ducks, geese and turkeys live. You know your honor... What the wolves euphemistically call "food".
Animal owners of the agricultural areas. Learn three words:
Shoot, shovel, shutup.

I am sure that if you issued a FOIL (Freedom of Information Lawsuit) against the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the Humane Society
you will find U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service welcomes this lawsuit in conjuction with the humane Society.
We are already expieriencing similar attacks and lawsuits between the EPA and Enviro-Nazis.
The 'devil' is in the communications between these organizations, with humanity being ignored !

Got a hint for you. They get lead poisoning all the time.

A couple years ago, a dead wolf was found, hit by a car, on the off ramp from the Hoan Bridge just a mile south of downtown Milwaukee. They are recovered enough for me.
