Ahh! college kids, ambitious ideological reporters, and the lib narrative of why America sucks.
how many lives get damaged or destroyed matters not, only the ideological narrative.

Enough. Time for the "hot PsiChi guys" to lawyer up and drag these twits into court where they can answer questions under oath. This story makes Tawana Brawley and Al Sharpton look honest by comparison.

Apparently the ‘narrative’ is pitched to the magazine. The ‘reporter’ then goes out and finds someone to plug into the narrative. It has to be the right university (white; conservative) to fit the narrative.
She didn’t even check with the friends who were there. She didn’t ask the fraternity either, and this was this (among many others) red flag, for fear of repercussions. So asking them about the rape was off limits, but publishign it in ROLLING STONE was okay??
“Jackie” apparently told the reporter to leave her out of the story - as if she wasn’t the entire story - before they went to publication.
For ten days the UVA administration, national media, everyone assumed this story to be true. New Media asked questions. Wash Po took it up and found out it was total b.s.

You know you have fallen down the rabbit hole when “The narrative is more important than facts” ...

There is no “larger” truth. There is only truth and falsehood. This is the latter.

I'd like to see where they go with this "re-reporting" and revision of the story - anything is possible!

Ryan Duffin didn't singlehandedly undermine “Jackie's” story. A couple of phone calls from a WaPo reporter were sufficient to determine that the incident(s) described in the RS article did not happen.

Hey they have an agenda message to prop up. They need to do something. I mean if the media isn't about advancing social agenda's what are they about, certainly not telling truthful news.
