It’s not the food, it’s idolotry of XBOX and cell phones and the like, in general just neglect of health, both physical and spiritual.
But, of course we see the exceptions all the time but, those kids shall suffer too, for the common good.
It’s about control.

Of all the substances kids are putting in their bodies, I don’t believe pizza is going to be a big deal.
How on earth did past generations ever survive without the good people in govmit telling them what to eat.

Well said. The world is truly upside-down & inside-out when pizza and fries are considered “evil” while the genuine evil known as homosexuality/bisexuality/pedophilia is considered “good”. That would have warped me something fierce at such a you age. I pity today’s children.

I never could figure that out. Why make the last years of their lives less enjoyable by cutting out salt after they’ve been eating it for the previous 80-90 years? I think I will have my kids/grandkids smuggle sea salt in for me if I live long enough to end up in a nursing home.

I used to take that square pizza, put the fries on top, and roll it burrito style.
Thats so I could take it out to the smoking section.

Pizza is a great food! As long as it isn’t too terribly greasy.
Grains, vegetables, dairy, meat. All in 1 good food!

You are right... we ate fatty, high calorie food... but we were outside. Playing. Running. Riding bicycles for hours on end...

The bill known as "cromnibus," contains language that would allow states to exempt struggling districts from having to offer all whole grain products and eases requirements for schools to reduce sodium levels. Critics who lobbied against more restrictive nutrition rules hailed the language as a win.
Oh no! This is another right wing attack on DIETARY JUSTICE!!! /s

My grandmother, RIP, was 85 years old... bedridden... having had several strokes.
Her favorite was fatback sandwich that she has been eating for 85 years.
The doctors said the fatback wasn’t good for her. 85 years old. On her death bed. Give her fatback sandwiches if she wants it, she earned it.

Fries cooked in unsaturated vegetable oils are an excellent source of potassium and healthy cholesterol.

Why dabble around the edges so? Why not repeal the entire thing part and parcel and fund denigrating billboards about the author of the "standards", said billboards to include photos of the culprit?

The horror.

Kids might actually eat lunch, which by all accounts that I’ve heard, they aren’t doing now.

Seems they are throwing out most of what is required to be placed on their plates when they buy a lunch.

Not only that, but how bad could it be for her if it took 85 years to kill her??

Pizza and French fries are awesome. I must find a way to combine the two for dinner tonight.

I remember her in her 70s, eating fatback sandwich and a glass of buttermilk with a dip of peach snuff still in her mouth.

They’re not afraid of STDs, life ending or not, from the things they like to teach and do.

“The guy doesn’t even know how to eat.”

Yeah, but his man-spouse Michelle does. To wit, please refer to the link below.
