Would you sentence him to prison until he reached the age of 21, and then release him?
Would you give him a sentence of 20 years, and then parole him after 10?
Would you feel safe if he moved next door to you?
I'm not convinced that he will ever be anything but a threat to society.
Yes. Why not? If he’s old enough to kill in cold blood, he’s old enough to die for his crime. They charged him as an adult, and he knew what he was doing. He hasn’t been declared insane, so why is there an ethical objection to this?

*clap*clap*clap* Bravo. Succinctly put. Young evil monsters grow to be adult evil monsters. How does one cure evil? To be able, at 10, to be SO disconnected from human compassion, and so out of control of his temper that he could KILL an adult in cold blood-and feel no real guilt-tells me this kid is beyond any hope.Society doesn’t want to face the fact that human evil exists , much less in children, but here is the proof. He’s a sociopath-even his own family knows he’s a monster and fears him. Maybe Hillary Clinton( she of much compassion for evil enemies) can adopt and ‘reform’ him. He’d make a free babysitter for her new grandchild and she can ‘live the dream’!

Yeah - that’s what I thought of too. Sad.
We don’t run temporal punishments by God’s standard that we’re all evil.
God Himself gave us standards for various levels of temporal punishment.
And while we all do not meet God’s standards, thinking about wishing someone was dead is not physically murdering someone and thus, does not have the same temporal negative consequences.
Please spare me the excuse we’re all sinful so we can’t judge others or desire that temporal justice be properly administered. That’s liberal pc bs.
I have no problem putting down adults like rabid dogs who murder innocent people....we as a society should be doing a lot more of it....
At ten years old, committing a cold blooded murder means either two things, the kid is a serious psychopath or someone made him that way....

I’ve seen plenty of demon spawn kids in my life. Obviously mommy & daddy (if there was a daddy) never did their job.
