EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. (AP) — A 19-year-old Illinois parolee is facing federal charges that allege he stole dozens of guns and planned to sell them to protesters in Ferguson, Missouri.
Dakota Moss of Centralia, which is about 60 miles east of St. Louis, was charged Wednesday with four gun-related felonies.

40 years ago, in Tulsa OK, I worked with a man who had a catalog of guns for sale. It was printed on cheap paper, and the quality was horrible. No name, no address on the catalog, just the picture and price of the guns.
He would tell me NOTHING about them except he could get them for me.
I chose not to buy.
