A former Democratic congressional aide has pleaded guilty to sexually abusing two women who were under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Donny Ray Williams pleaded guilty Tuesday in D.C. Superior Court. Williams had served as a staff director for the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs subcommittee.

Prosecutors plan to seek a suspended prison term and five years of supervised probation.
