How Martha Coakley sent a guy to prison using a case won by the KKK in 1875.
=====================================================
Martha Coakley and the KKK, strange bedfellows.
Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley has aspired to higher office in Massachusetts for years. Scott Brown defeated her and the machine in a closely contested U.S. Senate race in 2010 but that didnt deter her, shes back again, this time running for Governor of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
If ever there were a candidate that illustrates blind faith voting, Mar - tha would be it. The brand name Democrats including Hillary Clin - ton and Senator Elizabeth Warren have been in state, rallying the troops to pull the D on Novem- ber 4th, because... progressive
On numerous occasions she cited as the states defense the Supreme Courts Cruikshank Decision of 1875. Cruikshank is a case re - nowned as one of the most rac - ist, anti-civil rights cases ever handed. For those unfamiliar with Cruikshank, it regards a massacre at the Colfax Court House where approximately one hundred fifty people guarding the premises, mostly freed black men, where dis - armed and murdered by a white mob comprised of members of the KKK and other white supremacy groups of the time. The decision absolved the murderers of guilt.
To make matters worse, she also prosecuted gun owners for things like storage violations, ensuring that they lost their Second Amend - ment rights in Massachusetts be - cause they didnt lock up a firearm correctly. One such case, which was pros - ecuted in 2010 before the Massa - chusetts Supreme Judicial Court clearly illustrates candidate Coak leys character. The case known as Common - wealth v. Runyan involved a ques - tionably legal search of a gun own - ers home

That Marth-a is a rac-ist and a gun-grabber too.
On numerous occasions she cited as the states defense the Supreme Courts Cruikshank Decision of 1875. Cruikshank is a case [infamous] as one of the most racist, anti-civil rights cases ever handed. For those unfamiliar with Cruikshank, it regards a massacre at the Colfax Court House where approximately one hundred fifty people guarding the premises, mostly freed black men, were disarmed and murdered by a white mob comprised of members of the KKK and other white supremacy groups of the time. The decision absolved the murderers of guilt.
This should explain why she supports it:
> The case arose during the Reconstruction Era from the 1872 Louisiana gubernatorial election which was hotly disputed, and led to both major political parties certifying their slates of local officers. At Colfax, Louisiana, tensions climaxed in the Colfax massacre, in which 105 blacks were killed and three whites. A federal judge ruled that the Republican-majority legislature be seated, but growing social tensions erupted on April 13, 1873, when an armed militia of white Democrats attacked black Republican freedmen, who had gathered at the Grant Parish Courthouse in Colfax, Louisiana, to resist an attempt of Democratic takeover.[2] Over 100 African American freedmen were killed in the massacre, compared to an estimated three whites.

Simply dash-ing isn’t it
Looks like justified text that was reform-atted.
And wild guess here — this wasn’t Republicans.
Just the victims. That’s the dream of every member of the Party of the Single Party State, which includes Coakley.
I’m not a big Charlie Baker fan but we dodged a bullet when she lost the election. Hopefully we’re completely rid of her.
We sure did.
Thank god.
Most people would be surprised to know that KKK wasn’t “a southern” issue. They were English and funded by Britain. America was filled with British Agents, and KKK was one of their organizations. Britain funded the Confederates in the civil war. Freemasonry comes from Britain. It is no accident that American history is completely void of truths of the British evils. The War of 1812 is a little known war, when Britain tried to get it’s colony back. There is so much deception friends and God is the only truth.
The KKK has often been called ‘’the terror wing of the Democrat Party.
The first chapter of the KKK was organized in Pulaski Tenn. in 1866 and former Confederate general Nathan Bedford Forrest was it’s first Grand Wizard.
Correct. Goals still the same. Power over the many using secret decisions , intimidation and violence.
Against whom?
