DNA Analysis Report released Monday night following the grand jury’s decision not to indict Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of 18-year-old Michael Brown shows Brown’s DNA was on the interior driver’s-side door handle of Wilson’s police vehicle.

That evidence matches with Wilson’s story that Brown reached inside the car and attacked him.

Unfortunately, this new information doesn't change a thing for certain individuals with respect to their basic need to riot!

I had never read a grand jury transcript before. Not a quick, exciting read, but after you’ve waded through it, including the forensics, you really see what the prosecutor was doing. He didn’t have a case that would hold up in court. The witnesses that would have been damaging to the officers were nut balls that a novice defense attorney could have wiped out in 5 minutes. DNA on the car’s interior of the car ...why would it be on the inside of the car? The 21 foot blood trail coming BACK toward the officer...casings within 8 feet of the body...he was coming close! The forensics prove the officer’s testimony, also confirmed by witness #10. Twice the legal limit of Pot in the bloodstream of Brown. The prosecutor could have just walked away from this ...but he turned it over to the Grand Jury to let “the people” decide. I don’t think you could ask for more fairness. The transcript won’t be read by most people who would rather have an opinion than facts. Too bad. They burned down Ferguson for “fun” I guess, the reason wasn’t for “Justice” ...read the transcript. (Course most of these people probably can’t handle cursive).

IIRC, in his opening statement before revealing the decision of the Grand Jury, he revealed that with with Missouri’s sunwhine laws, a homicide case must be presented to GJ. So he had no choice in the matter.

BTW, I found his presentation concise, very clear, absent of the word salad so common with dems. Refreshing.

Obama and Holder declarations from the first day of the death of the young Black killed by white cop were directed to incite the racial riots. Upon their conscience, or lack of it, rest the main responsibility for the Ferguson riots.
