He’s too anti-Second Amendment for me. Americans are going to have to be able to defend themselves in Barry’s newly-established “fundamentally transformed” America. We aren’t going to be able to count on the government and law enforcement anymore. Americans need the Second Amendment now more than ever.

Katrina Van Den Heuvel is a stone Commie.

She’s trying to con the idiots into a sucker move.

Carson would be trampled in the first round of anything and has never run for so much as Dog Catcher, let alone President.

He could perhaps consider being a Commooonity Organizer for a while, or marry someone famous like Hillary Rodham What’s-His-Name.

Well, if Katrina vanden Heuvel says he should be the nominee, then that’s enough for me/s

He left the republican party because he says they impeached Clinton for adultery.

Carson only became a republican again, this month.

Yes, Bush and the RINO wing of the ‘RAT party are trying to encourage multiple conservative (or perceived or posing as conservative) candidates so the old splitting up of the conservative vote allows yet another RINO to win the nomination.

Let’s coalesce around TED CRUZ, a true proven constitutional conservative who CAN WIN — — which is why the ‘RATS and RINOs fear him.

"there was a consensus moment between former President Bush's chief re-election strategist Matthew Dowd and Katrina vanden Heuvel, publisher of the liberal magazine The Nation: Dr. Ben Carson should run for president."

Not as a Republican. He won't get the nomination. Not just because of 2A. Who was the last President who was elected who had no political or military experience? Plus, if Katrina vanden Heuvel likes it, it must be very bad for us.

All that said, I do hope he runs for the Senate from Maryland.

stalk·ing horse

noun
  1. a screen traditionally made in the shape of a horse behind which a hunter can stay concealed when stalking prey.

    • a false pretext concealing someone's real intentions.
    • a political candidate who runs only in order to provoke the election and thus allow a stronger candidate to come forward.

We sure don’t need another president who is immune from impeachment because of the color of his skin.

Carson may well be the conservative spoiler in the 2016 Presidential election, thus guaranteeing a Bush nomination.

So, why are liberals supporting Carson?

Have these two been hired by Hillary’s campaign yet?

The problem with a guy like Carson, is that he is another guy we know very little about. Yes, he has produced some great sound bytes which I agree with. There are things about him I like. I don’t know enough. I certainly would not endorse him for president.

I want a guy with a proven track record. I want a guy with excellent values, a Conservative at heart. If something comes up, he instantly knows if it has merit in accordance with Conservative principles. He won’t have to give it some thought, although it might be best to address it at another time. In his heart he will already see warning signs.

Then it is not enough to be Conservative. You must be able to manage a team. You need a proven executive experience.

I look back at an excellent example of us not knowing enough about a guy. There was a Black man that I head seen on FoxNews. The sound bites I had listened to sounded great. I really liked the guy.

They they lofted him to the head of the RNC.

Michael Steele was his name. He turned out not to be anything like what I thought he was.

We need to be careful about wasting our time on people we barely know.

We need to look honestly at their actions. If there’s something they have done that goes way way way outside the loop of what Conservatives approve of, it’s a tell-tale sign they’ll do it again, and again, and again.

Folks, as a group we need to be more discerning. Think with your head and not your heart.

If venden Huevel is for it...it’s a bad idea.

As has been mentioned..he’s too anti-2nd amendment for my taste.

Of course they think he should run—he’s a fringe, vanity candidate who would help to splinter the conservative vote.

A bushbot and a commie. Wonderful endorsements.

Carson has done wonderful things with his life and for others but he’s not (conservative) presidential material.
