Asian Americans. Foreign Asians are welcome.
Each and every one of them are taking college seats from American students.
I would say something like 85% of UC Irvine is Asian, most of them ethnic Chinese.

They work. They study and they will give back more than they get from the US.
Contrast these students with the mass of baby mamas who will remain on welfare once they qualify. Stats reveal 43% of immigrants remain on welfare 20 years later. Guess which group.

China pays the tuition for these students, which amounts to a tidy sum.
Paying the full tuition rate, they are making more seats available for American students (I thought this was a conservative forum).

This has been my experience with my Chinese-born friends, now al proud American citizens. Doesn’t mean some shouldn’t be closely watched though.

Why do you think they all pay full tuition?
Most Chinese grad students have tuition remission.
They often serve as near slaves for a Professor, usually Chinese him/or/herself.
They have purged blacks from San Francisco, the liberal leftist Mecca.
Its notable that according to the article they seem to be following the rules, paying the fees and work very hard to learn English.
