Reminds me of an old joke: A blond was filling out a questionnaire as part of a job interview process. When she got to the question “Sex” she saw the “M” and the “F” as choices and chewed her bottom lip as she though about it. She finally put a check in the “F” box and added a note, “I haven’t M’d in years”.
This is a situation where “None of your f’n business” is the correct reply.
Reminds me of this great Chief joke:
A crusty old Chief found himself at a gala event downtown, hosted by a local (strictly women’s) liberal arts college. There was no shortage of extremely young, idealistic ladies in attendance, one of whom approached the Chief for conversation. She said, “Excuse me, sir, but you seem to be a very serious man. Are you this way all the time, or is something bothering you?”
“No,” the Chief said, “just serious by nature.”
The young lady looked at his awards and decorations and said, “It looks like you have seen a lot of action.”
The Chief’s short reply was, “Yep, a lot of action.”
The young lady, tiring of trying to start up a conversation, said, “You know, you should lighten up a little - relax and enjoy yourself.”
The Chief just stared at her in his serious manner.

Lie. Claim either an exaggerated large number or a ridiculously (for some) small one. Claim to have engaged in every perverted sex act known to man (not a lie for most liberals) or claim to have never engaged in sex at all. Skew these numbers so badly that they are totally meaningless.

Noting that the only sex-related right which the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect, the feds having the 14th Amendment-protected power to reinforce such a right, is voting rights as evidenced by the 19th Amendment.
Also, consider that the states have never amended the Constitution to give the feds the power to decide policy for intrastate schooling purposes.
So the feds have no constitutional authority to decide policy for either intrastate education purposes, or sex-related protections for related issues.
Otherwise, I wonder how many votes that Title IX won for Constitution-ignoring Democrats and RINOs in DC?
