Democrats re-elected Rep. Nancy Pelosi to another two-year term as House minority leader on Tuesday, two weeks after elections in which the party lost at least a dozen seats in the chamber.

In a closed-door meeting of House Democrats, Pelosi was re-elected by voice vote in a race in which she faced no challenger. The California Democrat has been party leader in the chamber since 2003, including four years in which she was the first female House speaker.

No. 2 House Democrat Steny Hoyer of Maryland and the party’s other top leaders also were re-elected without a challenge. …

They still appear to believe that doubling down will result in success. Have at it, Dems.

Notice it was a Voice Vote, with no one actually on the record as opposing her. That would make for bad press.

Anyone publicly opposing her would get castrated by the nutjob left.

....Stuck on stupid.

Imagine how bad it must be if you’re a democrat from a moderate/conservative area, and you can’t have the House leader of your party come in and help campaign for you, because it’s HER. She really limits their reach.

It’s really a good thing for Republicans. She has to be one of the least likable politicians there is. She has absolutely NO redeeming qualities. She makes Hillary look good for, for God’s sake!

Really, is there anyone better to represent the interests of the Democratic Party. I mean, passing bills that destroy the U.S. economy, having a husband who gets special contracts and walking lockstep with the Socialist President. Who better for us?

Didn't Pelosi predict that the Democrats would retake the House this past election? How did that work out?

It would be nice to go back an look at all the predictions made by Pelosi, Reid, and the Leftist commentators and see how they did. I wonder if any of the predictions came true??

Harry Reid chosen as new Senate Minority leader.
Mitch McConnell chosen as new Senate Majority leader.
John Boehner re-elected Speaker of the House.
Now, Crazy Nance is re-elected House Minority leader.

Can you say ‘Stupid is as stupid does’?

Yeh, I knew you could...

If they want the face of their party to be the crazy cat lady who lives in the cluttered house down the street and scares the little kids in neighborhood, they could not have chosen better.

When confronted with the fact that he caused the fall of so many cabinets in the Third Republic, Georges Clemenceau said “I have only brought down one. They are all the same.”
